Give a defined number of new agents or client-facing professionals access to the playbook, worksheets and worked examples. Use the exercises in an onboarding session, then review the scoreboard in your normal team routine.

The package includes the same completed files as the individual offer. No consulting hours or training certification are implied.

Permitted use

The organization may assign access to its paid number of readers and let those readers complete worksheets in their own work. One seat covers one reader. The organization may not post the paid files publicly, resell them or grant unlimited sharing. Trainers may demonstrate exercises to the licensed group.

Delivery

Before payment, Frank confirms the reader count and license terms in writing. After payment, each licensed reader gets individual protected access: Frank issues a private access code limited to the paid number of readers, and each reader checks out at no charge with their own email address to receive their own stamped copy. Do not send a roster with sensitive information through ordinary email.
