Purchase terms and refunds

Product and payment
The individual price is $15 before applicable sales tax. The total appears at checkout. You receive the files listed on the product page through the payment and delivery provider after successful payment. A purchase does not subscribe you to coaching or insurance services.
Single-reader use
One purchase permits one reader to read, save and annotate the files, and to print and complete the worksheet pages, for personal professional use. The workbook and quick start are designed for on-screen reading. You may reuse the blank worksheets in your own workflow. Do not resell the files, publicly upload the full product, redistribute copies or share paid delivery links. Uses permitted by applicable copyright law remain permitted. Organizations need a separate reader license for each person using the materials.
Delivery and access
After successful payment, Payhip emails a receipt with protected download access. Legitimate access problems are reviewed and access is restored. Purchased PDFs carry the buyer's email address and purchase date. These protections do not prevent copying a saved file. Keep your receipt and contact the seller if you need access assistance.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the files are delivered immediately after payment, completed purchases are not refundable. If a file is damaged or you cannot download it and the problem cannot be fixed, you will receive a refund: email frankdimasi@thealimasgroup.com with your order ID and checkout email, and do not send card details. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. After any refund, stop using the paid materials and delete retained copies. This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live, including any withdrawal rights that apply to consumers in some countries.
Educational scope
The product teaches a business-development process. It provides no opted-in consumer lead list and guarantees no leads, consultations, customers, sales or income. It does not replace the current rules of a regulated profession or professional legal, tax, investment, insurance or compliance advice.
