Frank DiMasi is a New York City Firefighter, former Division I collegiate and professional baseball player, husband, and father who has built his life around a consistent set of principles: discipline, perseverance, responsibility, and preparation.

With more than a decade of service in the New York City Fire Department and a decorated athletic career behind him, Frank is now bringing those same values into a second professional pursuit in insurance and financial services, driven by a desire to help individuals and families better prepare for their futures.

Long before entering the fire service or financial industry, Frank developed his work ethic through years of competitive athletics.

A standout baseball player at Long Island University, Frank enjoyed a decorated NCAA Division I collegiate career, earning First-Team All-Conference honors in the Northeast Conference and selection to Gotham Baseball Magazine’s prestigious All-Gotham Team, recognizing outstanding collegiate players throughout the New York metropolitan area.

His collegiate accomplishments and dedication to the game ultimately helped him earn a professional baseball contract in the Italian Baseball League (IBL).

Throughout his athletic career, Frank became known not only for his performance on the field but also for his determination, preparation, and commitment to improving his abilities. He learned that talent alone rarely determines success. Consistency, accountability, resilience, and the willingness to put in the work when nobody is watching are often what separate achievement from unrealized potential.

Those lessons would become a foundation for everything that followed.
