Purchase terms and refunds

Product and payment
The individual price is $50 before applicable sales tax. The total appears at checkout. After successful payment you receive the The Coverage Code PDF through the payment and delivery provider. A purchase does not subscribe you to anything.
Single-reader use
One purchase permits one reader to download, save, read, print, annotate and complete the supplied exercises and worksheets for their own use. You may not redistribute the paid file, share paid delivery links, resell copies, upload the complete product publicly, or use it to create a competing commercial product without written permission. Brief quotations and other uses permitted by law remain permitted. Organizations need a separate license for multiple readers.
Delivery and access
After successful payment, Payhip emails a receipt with protected download access. Legitimate access problems are reviewed and access is restored. The purchased PDF carries the buyer's email address and purchase date. These protections do not prevent copying a saved file. Keep your receipt and contact the seller if you need access assistance.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the file is delivered immediately after payment, completed purchases are not refundable. If the file is damaged or you cannot download it and the problem cannot be fixed, you will receive a refund: email frankdimasi@thealimasgroup.com with your order ID and checkout email, and do not send card details. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. After any refund, stop using the paid material and delete retained copies. This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live, including any withdrawal rights that apply to consumers in some countries.
Educational scope
The book provides educational material on the communication, presentation and business skills behind ethical insurance sales. It is not a state pre-licensing course, a continuing-education course or carrier product training, and it does not replace training your state, carriers or agency require. It is not legal, tax or investment advice; insurance rules are set state by state and change, so confirm them with your state insurance department, carriers and compliance team. Names, premiums and scripts are examples only. It promises no sales, income or other results; statistics describe the studies and reports cited. Organizations named in the book have not reviewed or endorsed it.
Group purchases
A group license permits an agreed number of readers. Email the seller before buying for a group to agree on the reader count and delivery in writing. A group license grants no public distribution or resale rights.
