Purchase terms and refunds
These terms cover Client-Tell: Reading and Securing the Foundation of Every Successful Business, sold through this website. Seller: Frank DiMasi. Contact: frankdimasi@thealimasgroup.com. The website address is thealimasgroup.com. This page does not represent Alimas as an incorporated seller.
Product and payment
The individual price is $25 before applicable sales tax. The total appears at checkout. After successful payment you receive the Client-Tell PDF through the payment and delivery provider. A purchase does not subscribe you to anything.
Single-reader use
One purchase permits one reader to download, save, read, print, annotate and complete the supplied worksheets for their own business. You may reuse blank worksheets in your own workflow. You may not redistribute the paid file, share paid delivery links, resell copies, upload the complete product publicly, or use it to create a competing commercial product without written permission. Brief quotations and other uses permitted by law remain permitted. Organizations need a separate license for their number of readers.
Delivery and access
After successful payment, Payhip emails a receipt with protected download access. Legitimate access problems are reviewed and access is restored. The purchased PDF carries the buyer's email address and purchase date. These protections do not prevent copying a saved file. Keep your receipt and contact the seller if you need access assistance.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the file is delivered immediately after payment, completed purchases are not refundable. If the file is damaged or you cannot download it and the problem cannot be fixed, you will receive a refund: email frankdimasi@thealimasgroup.com with your order ID and checkout email, and do not send card details. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. After any refund, stop using the paid material and delete retained copies. This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live, including any withdrawal rights that apply to consumers in some countries.
Educational scope
The book provides educational methods, examples, scripts and worksheets for building a business that sells products or services. It promises no customers, sales, income or other results; statistics describe the studies cited. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance or compliance advice. Licensed professions and regulated products have additional rules for marketing, contact and referrals. No person or organization quoted or named in the book has reviewed or endorsed it, and it is not published, reviewed or endorsed by any employer, agency or company.
Group purchases
A group license permits an agreed number of readers. Email the seller before buying for a group to agree on the reader count and delivery in writing. A group license grants no public distribution or resale rights.
